Build! Impuls 2014: Every new year the academic incubator build! of the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt starts a competition for Carinthia’s most creative business ideas.
Due to the fact that we had already written a business plan for acceptance at build!, our participation was obvious. And yesterday … drumroll … we were able to convince the jury!
xamoom was declared the winner in the category; service. Therefore, we may call our idea; the joyful discovery of regional art, as one of “Carinthia’s most creative business ideas”.
In other news:
Yesterday we also officially founded our company, the xamoom GmbH, at the notary. Next Thursday, we will get the keys to our office in the Lakeside Park at build.
The next steps:
We will work with the local pingeb.org-teams at the next launch. In mid-May, weimar.pingeb.org should be online officially to the grid and then our focus is on Vorarlberg.
After all the turmoil of the last few weeks, we will now get down to the concentrated development of the software and work on business processes and models. In addition, the funding continues. Grant applications need to be written. A lot of work is ahead of us.
