Your role
- Accounting (collect and process invoices, no tax knowledge needed) and billing of subsidies
- Organizational tasks in a small company
- Gathering of data and regular preparation of it
- Tasks in marketing with later expansion of this field
Your profile
- You are seeking a job after a baby break or for other reasons and would like to work 20 hours at the start, then more later (for example, 30+ hours in a year).
- You work exactly even if under pressure of deadlines.
- You have knowledge in using of web services and office software.
- You’re reluctant to do unnecessary things twice, constantly thinking about improving and automating work processes.
- You have basic knowledge or (ideally) marketing experience – especially in writing texts.
Part-time employment (20 h/week) for a gross salary of € 1,200.
There is willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
